Legacy accounts and referral structures were NOT transferred to the new BioLimitless ecosystem.
The current Partner+ Program is a clean-slate, two-tier affiliate system.
Support does not have access to any information regarding prior orders, genealogy, etc. If you have an extenuating circumstance and need support, legacy support requests may take longer to resolve due to involvement with external systems.
