During your Daily Drills today, spend 5 additional minutes on your Breathe Well Drill and practice only Diaphragmatic Breathing; with one hand on your chest and one on your belly. Breathe deeply into your diaphragm and focus on slow, controlled breaths. Reflect: was taking a little extra Breathe Well time today spent diaphragmatic breathing different than any other "breathe well" session thus far?
