ADDITIONAL ACTION DAY 7:

Write down 3 wins from this past week. Big or small... celebrate them, and SHARE THEM! And when drifting to sleep this evening, reengage with those wins, really FEELING the positive effects your accomplishments are making after only 1 week. This is priming your chemical, physical & neuro-emotional bodies to balance as you sleep, into a positive, healthy state.
