ADDITIONAL ACTION DAY 4:

Write down one symptom you’ve tried to mask in the past. Instead of covering it up, ask: What could be the root cause behind this?  How deep does this go?  Utilize the feelings within your body (kinesthetics), as well as some of the newly acquired information from your Bootcamp so far to see if you are gaining a better understanding of your own signs & symptoms.
