SALES AND PAYMENTS
All Sales Final: As outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for reasons such as preference, dissatisfaction, or non-use.
Physical Products: Only damaged or defective physical products are eligible for replacement through the authorized return process. No exceptions apply for unopened, opened, used, unused, or otherwise intact products that do not meet the criteria of a damaged or defective physical product.
Digital Products & Services: Digital products and services—including but not limited to online courses, memberships, subscriptions, downloads, and AI-powered tools—are non-refundable and not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Billing Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and account information. By making a purchase, you authorize BioLimitless to charge your selected payment method for all applicable purchases, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
For any subscription, membership, “Subscribe & Save,” or other recurring-charge purchase, you authorize BioLimitless to automatically bill your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually, or as otherwise disclosed at checkout) until canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Currency: All prices and charges are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Non-Payment: BioLimitless reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any product or service if payment is declined, reversed, or disputed.
Third-Party Processors: Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of such processors. BioLimitless is not responsible for errors, delays, or security breaches caused by these providers.
Regulatory Compliance: BioLimitless products are sold in compliance with applicable U.S. dietary supplement regulations. Customers outside the United States are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and import restrictions.
Export/Import Responsibility: Customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable customs, import, and export laws and regulations. BioLimitless is not responsible for products delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Partner+ Program Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, legal partners, fiduciaries, or representatives of BioLimitless. No relationship is created other than that of an independent affiliate participating in the Program.
BioLimitless does not guarantee any income, sales, or results from participation in the Program. Affiliates are solely responsible for their business activities and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in both the Affiliates’ and BioLimitless’s jurisdictions, including—but not limited to—Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on claims, endorsements, and testimonials, as well as all other laws and regulations governing affiliates, commissions, contractors, and online marketing practices.
Participation in the BioLimitless Partner+ Affiliate Program is governed by a separate Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Agreement. By enrolling in the Program, Affiliates agree to comply with that Agreement, which outlines commission structures, responsibilities, and compliance obligations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioLimitless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, Services, or products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the purchase or use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BioLimitless, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in such jurisdiction.
BioLimitless reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and BioLimitless regarding the use of the Site and Services, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
FORCE MAJEURE
BioLimitless shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, or other circumstances that make performance impracticable.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
