It blends fish oil from small wild-caught fish (mainly anchovy, with sardine and mackerel), refined by LYSI in Iceland from Friend of the Sea certified fisheries, with cold-pressed early-harvest Spanish Picual extra virgin olive oil rich in olive polyphenols, plus vitamin D3 from lanolin and mixed tocopherols. Zinzino's stated aim is to bring your Omega-6:3 ratio to 3:1 balance in 120 days.* Each 300 mL bottle gives about 24 servings. Per 12.5 mL serving Zinzino lists 2500 mg omega-3 (EPA 1336 mg, DHA 711 mg), 20 mcg vitamin D (100% DV) and 4262 mg olive oil. Flavors: orange lemon mint, lemon, and grapefruit lemon lime. Suggested use (as printed): 0.0136 tsp per lb of body weight daily; about 1.5 tsp at 110 lb, 2 tsp at 150 lb and 3 tsp at 220 lb. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep an opened bottle in the fridge and use within 45 days; it may cloud below 39 F and clears at room temperature. Contains anchovy, mackerel and sardine.
