ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & REPLACEMENT

Only damaged or defective physical products are eligible for replacement. No exceptions apply for unopened, opened, used, unused, or otherwise intact products that do not meet the criteria of a damaged or defective physical product.

Digital products and services—including but not limited to online courses, memberships, subscriptions, downloads, and AI-powered tools—are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances.

RETURN PROCESS FOR DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

1. 1. Submit a Request – All return requests must be submitted through the official BioLimitless website.
   2. Provide Proof – Customers will be prompted to upload a clear photo of the damaged or defective product during the request process.
   3. Receive Authorization – Upon approval, BioLimitless will issue a Return Mailing Form with instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
   4. Replacement – The damaged or defective product must be shipped back using the provided information. Once received and verified, a replacement will be shipped promptly. 
   5. NOTE:  Customers are responsible for securely packaging return items. BioLimitless is not liable for products lost or further damaged during transit.
