I want to talk to you today about two things that are quietly destroying people's health all across the country, and most of the time nobody connects them. Blood sugar problems and liver dysfunction almost always show up together, and if your doctor is only looking at one without understanding the other, you are going to keep spinning your wheels. I see this pattern constantly in my practice. People come in with a stack of lab results, a handful of prescriptions, and zero answers about why they still feel terrible. So let me walk you through what's actually going on, what the real mechanisms are, and what I do with my patients to start turning this thing around.
Before I get into anything specific, I need you to understand something foundational, because without this framework, nothing else I say is going to make sense. There are seven stages of disease. Stage seven is where most people are when they finally get a diagnosis. That's where fatty liver lives. That's where insulin resistance lives. That's where Cushing's disease, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, and every other named condition sits. Stage seven is the end point of a process that started way back at stage one.
So when someone comes to me and says, "I've got fatty liver from insulin resistance," I don't just look at the liver. I look at what went wrong at stage one, two, three, four, five, and six to get them there. That's where most doctors fail their patients. They see the disease at stage seven and they throw a medication at stage seven. But the problem didn't start at stage seven. The problem started somewhere upstream, and if you don't fix upstream, you're not fixing anything. You're just managing symptoms.
So here's how those stages break down. Stage one is loss of cellular voltage. Every single cell in your body, all 47 trillion of them, is like a little battery. Kidney cells, liver cells, adrenal cells, brain cells, skin cells, reproductive cells, all of them have an electrical charge. When that charge drops, those cells stop working like they're supposed to. Stage two is loss of communication. The cells can't talk to each other properly. Your brain sends a signal and it doesn't get through cleanly. Stage three is toxemia. The cells get stagnant, they become acidic, your pH shifts in the wrong direction, and your gut microbiome gets disrupted. Once you get past stage three, you start getting into chronic inflammation, autonomic nerve changes, and adaptive physiology. And then eventually, you arrive at stage seven. That's the disease your doctor named.
I want you to burn that framework into your brain, because everything I recommend is built around reversing that cascade from the bottom up, not chasing the symptom at the top.
Let me address fatty liver from insulin resistance specifically, because this is one of the most common things I see and also one of the most mismanaged. The short version is this: you have an over-consumption of carbohydrate syndrome. Your body has been flooded with carbohydrates for so long that it's lost its metabolic flexibility. It doesn't know how to burn fat anymore. It wants to burn sugar, and when the sugar isn't there, it panics. Meanwhile, the liver, which is the organ responsible for taking stored fat and burning it, has become packed with fat itself because the whole system is jammed up.
Here's a common sense moment that I want you to sit with. If your cells are already oversensitive to insulin because there's too much insulin circulating, and then you give the body more insulin, how does that fix the problem? It doesn't. It makes it worse. And yet that is exactly the standard of care for type two diabetes in most conventional practices. More insulin for a body that's drowning in insulin. Type two diabetes is actually one of the easiest things to reverse when you approach it the right way. I've even had patients with type one, which is the autoimmune version, make remarkable progress. I'll leave it at that.
So what do you actually do about fatty liver and insulin resistance? Here's exactly what I do with every patient who walks into my practice with this picture.
The single best thing for fatty liver from insulin resistance is fasting. You have got to give your digestive system and your liver a break. Intermittent fasting is the starting point. And you have to keep your carbohydrates below 40 grams per day. Not 140. Not 80. Below 40. I know that sounds extreme to some people, but your liver is packed with fat because of carbohydrate overload, and the only way to start cleaning it out is to stop feeding the fire.
Now here's the thing about ketosis that most people misunderstand. Ketosis is not a food plan. It's a physiological state of the human body. It's the state where your body shifts from being a sugar burner to being a fat burner. When you make that shift, your body starts burning the fat off your liver. Fatty liver is one of the easiest things to fix once you get that shift happening. You just have to give your body the time and patience to do it. In most cases, you're going to see a huge change in 90 days, and it typically takes six to twelve months to really clean that liver up. Here's the good news though: your body builds a completely new liver every 18 months. So if you stay consistent for a year and a half, you're looking at a liver that's essentially been rebuilt from scratch.
You need to be getting a minimum of 120 grams of protein per day. Most people with these metabolic issues are not even close to that number. Get your proteins in, hydrate properly, and keep those carbs under 40 grams daily. That combination alone, done consistently, starts to change the metabolic picture in a significant way.
From a supplement standpoint, I always start people with what I call the triple stack. Let me tell you exactly what's in it and why each piece matters.
The first formula is the Cell Signal. This is a cellular recharge formula. Its entire job is to turn the voltage back up in your cells. Remember stage one of disease? Loss of cellular voltage. When your liver cells, adrenal cells, kidney cells, and pancreatic cells lose their charge, they can't do their jobs. They can't communicate. They can't pump. The Cell Signal formula is specifically designed to raise that cellular charge and get those cells firing again. It also contains high doses of BHB, which is the spark plug for ketosis. This is one of the reasons people consistently tell me they stop craving sweets and carbs when they're on it. Their body is finally getting the signal to shift fuel sources.
The second formula is the Detox Pro Plus. I want to explain why this is not your standard detox product, because most people think detox means you take something and it pulls toxins out. That's partly true here, but it's only half the story. The Detox Pro Plus pulls toxins out of the bloodstream, out of the lymph, and out of the intestinal tract. The fulvic acid in it gets into the intercellular space as well. But the plus in the name refers to the fact that it also delivers 85 of the most bioavailable minerals your body needs every day. Those 85 minerals out of the 92 essential ones are critical for rebuilding bone matrix, supporting muscle function, brain function, digestion, and liver repair. Here's the other thing: if you have heavy metals in your body, and most of us do to some degree, those metals block mineral absorption and digestion. The Detox Pro Plus pulls the heavy metals out so your body can fill that space with the minerals it actually needs. It also supports phase one and phase two liver detox, which is a direct player in clearing up fatty liver. Two dropper fulls a day in water, and I often have people do two more at night in the beginning to really accelerate the process.
The third formula is the Master Microbiotics. This is the probiotic piece, and I want to address something before I explain why it matters. There was a recent meta review of 25 different studies showing that when people take the right bacteria, not the bargain shelf stuff, but the proper bacteria, it can lower triglycerides, lower insulin, lower blood pressure, lower hip to waist ratio, and support fat and weight loss. This is not a trivial supplement. The gut microbiome is a direct player in your metabolic health. And here's the thing most people don't know: we have 47 trillion cells in our body, and more than half of them make up your gut microbiome and the microbial communities in your ears, eyes, nose, throat, mouth, and on your skin. If you don't have the right bacteria, you cannot convert vitamins and minerals into usable forms. It doesn't matter how good your diet is or how many supplements you take. If the gut isn't working, the raw materials don't get processed.
The Master Microbiotics contains the fungi and bacteria that are naturally found in the blue zones of the world. These are the same strains associated with the longevity research. This is not an accident. We formulated it that way on purpose because I need products that actually work. I come from a high-end functional medicine practice where people fly in from all over the world. I don't have the luxury of guessing.
Alongside the triple stack, I put everyone with fatty liver and insulin resistance on the 45 Easy Reset. This is a program available on our website at biolimitless.com. It's a seven simple steps over 45 powerful days framework, and there are three paths you can follow. A fat loss path, an overall hormone and metabolic reset path, and a muscle building path. For someone with fatty liver from insulin resistance, I start them on the fat loss path. That's what creates the metabolic flexibility your body needs to shift from a sugar burner to a fat burner.
I already mentioned it briefly, but I want to go deeper on the liver because people don't appreciate how central it is to everything. The liver is the organ that takes stored fat and burns it. It manages phase one and phase two detox. It processes everything you eat, breathe, and absorb through your skin. When the liver is congested, nothing downstream works right. Your hormones don't get cleared properly. Your toxins don't get processed. Your fat doesn't get metabolized.
Here's what opens up the liver's detox pathways: getting into ketosis, using the Detox Pro Plus for phase one and phase two support, and getting the gut microbiome right so that downstream intestinal blockages aren't creating backpressure on the liver. Most people who have liver problems are not broken. They're blocked. The pathways exist. The machinery is there. We just need to clear the blockages, turn the voltage back on, and give the body the raw materials it needs.
The Detox Pro Plus also helps restore the mucosal lining of the stomach and intestines. Your gut lining needs a thin protective layer of mucosa on it at all times. When you lose that lining, that's when you become vulnerable to things like H. pylori and other mucosal co-infections. Protecting and restoring that lining is part of why this formula matters for liver and metabolic support, not just for straight-up detox.
I want to address something that comes up constantly when we talk about dementia, neurological decline, and metabolic health. Elevated blood sugar is one of the most destructive forces in the human brain. It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to fix someone's neurological problems, whether that's Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, or any other form of mental decline, if their blood sugars are elevated. Full stop. You cannot out-supplement elevated blood sugar when the brain is involved. The first step is always getting those sugars under control, getting into ketosis, and feeding the brain properly with fat.
And here's something that's going to go against what you've been told your whole life. Cholesterol below 160 is a massive problem for neurological function. Your brain needs cholesterol to function. If someone is on a statin medication and their cholesterol is suppressed that low, their brain is being starved of one of its essential building materials. This is a huge problem that almost never gets discussed in a conventional setting. If someone is dealing with neurological decline and they're on a statin, that's something that absolutely needs to be part of the conversation with their healthcare provider.
Cushing's is a metabolic, endocrine system issue involving the adrenals and the kidneys, and it has a major blood sugar component. But here's how I look at it. Cushing's is adaptive physiology. The body adapted itself into this state in response to problems that started back at stages one through six. So when someone comes to me with Cushing's, the approach is the same as with everything else. We go back to basics. We turn the cellular voltage back on. We open the detox pathways. We get the gut microbiome right. And then we get the food plan dialed in.
For Cushing's, the food plan needs to be ketogenic. I start every Cushing's patient on the triple stack, same as I do for fatty liver and insulin resistance, for the exact same reasons. The Cell Signal turns the voltage back up in the kidney cells, adrenal cells, liver cells, and pancreatic cells. The Detox Pro Plus opens up the pathways and delivers the minerals. The Master Microbiotics fixes the gut microbiome so the nutrients can actually be absorbed and converted.
After about 90 days on the triple stack, I start looking at adding the Cell Reset formula. That formula is specifically designed to stimulate the metabolic mitochondria, the organs, and the muscles to burn fat more effectively. For Cushing's patients, stimulating that mitochondrial metabolic function is a big piece of the longer-term recovery.
The thyroid is deeply connected to blood sugar regulation, metabolism, and liver function, and it almost always gets undertested. When someone comes to me and says their doctor only ran a TSH and a T4, I want you to know that is not enough information to understand what's happening with that person's thyroid. You need at minimum a TSH, a T4, a T3, a TBO to check for antibodies, and ideally a reverse T3. And beyond those numbers, you need to know what the iron and ferritin look like, because if ferritin is not above 100, that's going to interfere with the conversion process. Without knowing the T3, you don't actually know what's happening with that TSH level. It's a cascade, and if you're only looking at one number, you're flying blind.
Your thyroid itself is only responsible for about 20 percent of thyroid compound production. The rest of the conversion happens primarily in the liver and the GI tract. So if your liver is congested from fatty liver or insulin resistance, or if your gut microbiome is disrupted, your thyroid conversion is going to be compromised regardless of what the TSH number looks like. This is why fixing the liver and the gut is not just about metabolic health in isolation. It has downstream effects on the entire endocrine system.
For people with Hashimoto's, which is an autoimmune thyroid condition, the pattern I almost universally see involves a methylation pathway dysfunction. There's a problem with the MTHFR gene, the COMT gene, MTR, MTRR, PEMT, or the HLA gene. What that means practically is that synthetic B vitamins are kryptonite for these people. Any B vitamin that's not methylated makes things worse. Gluten is also a major problem and needs to be eliminated completely. Going dairy-free is also something I strongly recommend in that situation. And the methylation pathways need to be opened back up, which is one of the core things the Cell Signal formula is designed to do. It contains methylated B12 and the right form of B9 in the proper amounts to support those pathways.
I want to spend a few minutes on bone health because it connects directly to the metabolic picture we've been discussing. Osteoporosis is completely reversible. We do it all the time. But here's what you need to understand. Your bones are not just made of calcium. Calcium is one of dozens of minerals and trace minerals that your body needs to rebuild the bone matrix. This is one of the great myths of conventional medicine, that you can fix osteoporosis by taking a calcium supplement. You can't.
The raw materials for rebuilding bone matrix include protein first and foremost, and most women with osteoporosis are not getting anywhere near enough. You need at minimum 120 grams of protein per day. And if you're over 35, you also need a plant-based multi enzyme, because your ability to break down and absorb that protein declines with age. The enzyme protease acts like a lasso, grabbing minerals and proteins and pulling them into the cell matrix where they can be used. Without it, you can eat all the protein you want and still not absorb what you need.
Beyond protein, you need a comprehensive mineral complex. That's where the Detox Pro Plus comes in for bone health, same as for metabolic health. The 85 essential minerals it delivers are not just for liver and detox support. They're the literal building blocks of bone matrix, muscle function, and brain function. And because it also pulls out heavy metals and microplastics, it clears the interference so that your body can actually absorb and use those minerals.
Your pH, which measures the electrical signaling in your body, also has to be in the right range. Normal pH should be between seven and 8.5. When it drops below that range, your body cannot pull minerals into the bone matrix properly. The acidic environment blocks the whole process. So correcting the pH, getting the gut bacteria right, getting the minerals in, and turning the cellular voltage back on are all interconnected pieces of the same puzzle.
And then there's the mechanical piece, because bones respond to load. This is Wolf's Law. When you put weight-bearing pressure on your bones, they get stronger. When you don't, they don't. Go get a weighted vest and start walking with it. Start doing resistance training one or two times per week. You cannot build stronger bones by resting. You have to put some load on them.
I use the phrase "test, don't guess" for a reason. I'm not going to throw a bunch of chemical soup at your body and hope something sticks. I want to know what's actually going on before I recommend anything. That means functional testing, not just the standard blood panel your doctor orders. For thyroid, we've already covered what you need. For metabolic health and liver function, we're looking at comprehensive metabolic markers, insulin levels, not just glucose, inflammatory markers, and ideally a genetic test to understand what methylation pathways might be dysfunctional. For mineral and heavy metal status, we want to know exactly what's in there before we start making changes.
The information you get from proper testing changes everything. I can sit down with someone and look at their genetic profile and know within minutes whether gluten is destroying them, whether they need methylated B vitamins, whether their detox pathways are structurally compromised. That's not guessing. That's reading the body's recipe book and understanding which steps in the recipe got scrambled.
While we're talking about digestion and liver function, I have to address acid reflux because it's so misunderstood and it has a direct relationship with gut health and nutrient absorption. Here's the truth that most people have never been told: 86 percent of people globally who have heartburn, reflux, or indigestion have too little stomach acid, not too much. They're being given acid blockers for a problem caused by acid deficiency. Think about that for a second.
Here's a simple test you can do at home right now. Take half a teaspoon of organic baking soda, put it in water, drink it down, and wait. If you don't burp or belch within three minutes, you have low stomach acid. If that's you, here's what to do. Take a shot of organic apple cider vinegar before each meal. Take a digestive enzyme with each meal. Take some betaine HCL with each meal. Chew your food 15 to 20 times before you swallow. And at nighttime, take half a teaspoon of baking soda in water. Over time, the sodium bicarbonate causes the stomach cells to increase their own acid production. These changes together, done consistently, can resolve most reflux without any medication.
The gut lining also needs to be healthy and intact for this whole system to work. Most people with chronic reflux have compromised mucosal lining in their stomach and intestines, downstream blockages in the GI tract, and a disrupted microbiome. Those are the root causes. The Detox Pro Plus helps with the mucosal lining and liver detox. The Cell Signal opens up the methylation pathways. The Master Microbiotics addresses the downstream gut issues. Most people, you're not broken. You're blocked.
There's a lot of confusion out there about vitamin D, so let me clear a few things up. First, always use vitamin D3, never D2. D3 is the bioavailable form. Vitamin D has its own receptor site on the cell, so it doesn't need help absorbing. I've heard the argument that you need K2 to absorb vitamin D3, and I want to be direct about this: that claim is not accurate. What you do need alongside vitamin D3 is magnesium, because if you take high doses of vitamin D and your magnesium is not sufficient, the vitamin D and magnesium will counterbalance each other in a way that creates problems. I recommend 500 to 1,000 milligrams of magnesium glycinate per day. On the vitamin D side, I typically recommend between 5,000 and 10,000 IU per day, and in some cases up to 20,000 IU. Just to put that in perspective, 20,000 IU of vitamin D is the equivalent of what your body produces when you're out in the sun for 40 minutes.
Now, K2 does have a role, but it's not about helping vitamin D absorb. K2 helps prevent over-calcification in the arteries, muscles, and heart. Given how much calcium is in the standard American diet, and given that calcium causes contractions while magnesium causes relaxation, having too much calcium and not enough balance can cause all kinds of issues. So I do often recommend K2, specifically the MK7 form, which comes from fermented soy. Fermented soy is one of the few forms of soy I consider beneficial. But the reason I recommend K2 is for calcium balance, not for vitamin D absorption.
Everything I've described so far is on the chemical side of the equation. But your body has three components: a physical body, a chemical body, and a neuro-emotional body. You cannot fully address blood sugar regulation, liver function, or metabolic health without addressing the physical component as well.
Structure precedes function. Think of your car. If it's out of alignment, your gas mileage suffers, your oil consumption goes up, your tires wear unevenly. Same principle applies to your body. When your spine is out of alignment, the nerve signals from your brain can't flow properly through your spinal cord to your organs. Your brain is the controller of everything in your body. It lives in your skull, sends electrical signals down the spinal cord, and those signals branch out through the vertebrae to reach every organ, muscle, and tissue. If there's compression or misalignment in that pathway, the communication breaks down. And loss of communication is stage two of disease.
This is why in my functional medicine practices, we also do physical medicine work alongside the nutritional and supplemental protocols. Getting the nervous system communicating properly, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system through chiropractic adjustment, breathing exercises, vagus nerve work, and vibration therapy, all of that supports the metabolic and liver function work we're doing on the chemical side.
I get this question all the time. People want a timeline. Here's the honest answer. For fatty liver and insulin resistance, you're going to notice a meaningful change in 90 days if you're doing the work. Full liver cleanup typically takes six to twelve months. And since your body builds a new liver every 18 months, if you stay consistent for a year and a half, you are looking at a liver that has essentially been rebuilt from the ground up.
For heavy metal detox, which often coexists with the metabolic picture, the timeline depends on how aggressive your approach is. With the triple stack, dietary changes, daily movement, deep breathing to mobilize the lymph, hydration to keep the bowels moving, and pH support with baking soda at night, most people can clear significant toxicity in six to nine months. With additional therapies like high-dose IV vitamin C and IV chelation, you can sometimes see results in as little as three months. But if you're still getting exposed to the source, whether that's your water, your environment, or your food, the timeline extends. You have to remove the source and detox at the same time.
The minimum you should give any protocol is 90 days. I really want people to commit to six months. Six months is not a long time to give your body the chance to do something it wasn't able to do on its own for years. And consistency is the key to the breakthrough. Not perfection. Consistency.
Do I need to take K2 with vitamin D3? No, you don't need K2 to absorb vitamin D3. Vitamin D has its own receptor sites on the cell. What you do need alongside high-dose vitamin D3 is magnesium glycinate, around 500 to 1,000 milligrams per day, to keep things balanced. K2 is something I do recommend for many people, but for a different reason: it helps prevent over-calcification from excess calcium in the diet. The form I prefer is MK7 from fermented soy.
Can the triple stack be taken long-term? Yes, absolutely. That's what it was designed for. There is no reason not to stay on it. It delivers minerals your body needs every day, it keeps the detox pathways open, and it supports the gut microbiome that your entire metabolic system depends on. Think of it as ongoing maintenance, not a short-term fix.
Is type two diabetes really reversible? In my experience, yes. Type two is actually one of the easiest metabolic conditions to reverse when you address the root cause, which is excess carbohydrate consumption and the resulting insulin oversaturation. Getting into ketosis, reducing carbs below 40 grams per day, supporting the liver and gut with the right tools, and giving the body enough time is the framework that works. Adding more insulin to a body that already has too much is not the answer.
How do I know if I have low stomach acid? Take half a teaspoon of organic baking soda in water on an empty stomach and wait three minutes. If you don't burp or belch, your stomach acid is low. From there, you can start addressing it with organic apple cider vinegar before meals, a digestive enzyme with meals, betaine HCL, and baking soda at night to help the stomach cells rebuild their acid production over time.
What does a proper thyroid panel actually look like? At minimum you need a TSH, T4, T3, and TBO to screen for antibodies. A reverse T3 is also valuable. And beyond the thyroid hormones themselves, check iron and ferritin. If ferritin is below 100, that's going to interfere with the conversion of T4 to T3 regardless of what your other numbers show. Without knowing your T3, you really don't have the full picture of what's happening.

Here's something most people intellectually agree with but never actually put into practice: the body and the mind work together. Not separately, not in parallel, but together, as one interconnected system. You can go to the gym every day and still be a mental and emotional wreck. You can meditate and journal and still feel physically sluggish and depleted. But when you pair the two, something different happens. Something that honestly has to be experienced to be fully understood.
If you've been going through this program day by day, you're now at a point where the old patterns have been disrupted. Twenty-one days is not a trivial thing. Old grooves in your habits, your routines, your automatic behaviors, those have been interrupted. New ones are being laid down. And right here, at this stage, I want to give you one of the most practical and powerful tools in the whole program, because it costs you nothing and takes ten minutes.
Movement clears mental and emotional stress. That's not a motivational slogan, that's physiology. When you move your body, something shifts in your nervous system. Stress patterns that have been building up, tension that's been sitting in your muscles, emotional weight that's been pressing on your chest, physical movement gives all of that somewhere to go. It creates an outlet that sitting still simply cannot provide.
And it fuels resilience. That's the word I want you to hold onto. Resilience is not the absence of stress. It's your capacity to handle it, process it, and keep moving forward. Daily movement builds that capacity. It's one of the most consistent, reliable ways to strengthen your ability to bounce back from whatever life throws at you.
But here's where it gets really interesting. When you add mindset work to that movement, you get a multiplier effect. The brain's state during physical activity is uniquely receptive. Your nervous system is engaged, your blood is moving, your body is alert. That's exactly the moment when feeding your mind something positive, something that generates gratitude or inspiration or emotional clarity, lands differently than it does when you're sitting still and distracted.
I know people hear "pair movement with mindset" and they immediately picture a two-hour workout followed by a formal meditation practice. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about ten minutes. Just ten minutes of moving your body while you're intentionally putting your mind in a state of gratitude and reflection.
Let me tell you how I personally do this, because it's not complicated. There are certain motivational talks and speeches I listen to. There are pastors and motivational figures I follow, and I'll pull up ten or twenty minutes of their sermons or their content while I'm moving. There's also certain music that I listen to, music that genuinely shifts my brain into an emotional state of gratitude and openness. And then I'll go do my interval training, my cardio, my walking, whatever the movement is that day, while I'm in that mental and emotional space.
The coherence that happens when you do that is something I don't have a better word for than amazing. The balance it creates in your nervous system is real and it's noticeable. You finish that ten minutes and you feel different than when you started, and not just physically.
Another way to do this, and honestly one of my favorites, is to skip the audio content entirely and just use the movement time to think through what you're grateful for. Put on your favorite song if you need something in your ears. Or go completely silent and use the physical movement as the backdrop for mentally listing out the things in your life you're genuinely thankful for.
It doesn't have to be some perfectly curated list of ten things. You might think of three. You might think of two hundred. The number doesn't matter. What matters is that you're actively directing your mind toward gratitude while your body is in motion. That combination, the physical movement plus the emotional state of genuine appreciation, creates a kind of multiplication effect in your brain and your body. Stress calms. Clarity improves. You feel more grounded.
And look, this isn't soft or woo-woo. Psychologists have been telling us for years that the level of stress in modern life is genuinely unprecedented. There's a way I've heard it put that really drives the point home: if you took your great-grandparents and dropped them into today's modern society, with all the technology, the constant information overload, the pace of life, the pressure coming from every direction, they would likely have a panic attack before the week was over. That's how much the stress load has changed. And we're trying to manage that with the same nervous systems they had. So we have to be intentional about how we deal with it, and this practice is one of the most effective tools I know of.
A lot of people find this works best first thing in the morning. You get up, you move, you set the tone for the entire day before the stress and noise have a chance to accumulate. That morning window is powerful because you're essentially programming your nervous system for the hours ahead.
Others do it midday, on their lunch break, as a way to break up the pressure of the day. You've been going hard all morning, stress is starting to stack up, and you use this ten-minute practice to reset. You come back to your afternoon refreshed instead of just grinding through until five o'clock on fumes.
And some people do it right before bed, as a way to decompress and transition out of the mental noise of the day and into rest. All three work. Pick the one that fits your life right now and just do it consistently. The timing matters a lot less than the consistency.
I want to zoom out for a second and remind you why this matters in the bigger picture of what we're doing. Your health has three main components that all have to be addressed: the physical, the neuro-emotional, and the chemical. Movement serves the physical. But when you pair movement with mindset work, gratitude, reflection, or intentional mental input, you're addressing the neuro-emotional component at the same time. And when both of those are working together, they also support the chemical side of your health, because your nervous system and your brain chemistry are deeply connected to everything else happening in your body.
That's why daily movement and daily mindset together are not just two separate good habits. They're a combination that addresses your health from multiple angles simultaneously. And that's exactly what this program has been building toward.
You've also got the seven daily drills that we've been reinforcing throughout this whole process, and I want to make sure they stay front of mind as you move into the final stretch. Hydrating well. Moving well. Fueling well. Thinking well. Supplementing well. Detoxing well. And resting well. These are the non-negotiables. Stack them every single day. Not perfectly, but consistently. That's where the transformation lives, in the daily stacking of these habits over time.
Twenty-one days in, you've rebooted yourself from the inside out. Patterns that were running on autopilot have been interrupted. New ones are taking hold. The work you've put in is real, even if you can't see all of it yet. Stay consistent. Keep putting into practice every day what we've been talking about. Go back and re-listen to any day that you feel you need a stronger grasp on, because repetition is how this stuff becomes second nature.
The final stretch of this program is coming, and what's on the other side of it is even bigger than what you're experiencing right now. I mean that. This initial phase is laying the foundation. What gets built on top of it is where things really open up. So don't let up now. You've got this.
