Where’s my order?

Processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days once the carrier has your package. During promotions or carrier disruptions, delays can occur.

Tracking tips:
• Use the tracking link in your shipment email or account page.
• If a label was created but the carrier shows no movement yet, this is normal for the first 24–48 hours.

Escalate to support if your order shows no movement for 5+ business days or is marked delivered but not received.
