How do returns work?

We’re happy to help with returns. Provide your order number and reason for return and we’ll send a secure link to start the process. When eligible, you’ll receive a prepaid label.

General steps:
1) Request a return with your order #.
2) Pack items securely; include any accessories and packaging.
3) Drop off with the indicated carrier.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the product is received and inspected according to policy.
